Apprentice & On-the-Job Training

Apprenticeships are work-based training programs that give you hands-on experience in a structured environment. On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program assists employers with the cost of hiring and training new employees. Funded through the Workforce Investment and Opportunity Act and administered through MassHire Career Centers.
